Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges:
Because it's our mission to make our customers happy, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 30 days of purchase.

We will reimburse you within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned item(s). We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

* The items are free from any damage or signs of wear
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Items that have been personalized.
- Items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Goods that are on sale will be refunded for their price at the time of purchase. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
